Cone Calorimeter >>
Cone Calorimeter— a combustion performance testing instrument based on the oxygen consumption calorimetry principle. By real-time measurement of oxygen consumption during material combustion, it accurately determines key fire performance parameters, including heat release rate (HRR), time to ignition (TTI), mass loss rate (MLR), and CO/CO2 generation. Fully compliant with major international standards, including ISO 5660, ASTM E 1354, and others.
Standard cabinet integrated design, elegant and stylish, easy to operate, avoiding interference factors such as vibration;
Conical heater - frusto-conical design, 230V, 5000W, heat output ranging from 0 to 120 kW/m²
19" touchscreen computer controls the entire testing process
Features such as automatic ignition, automatic timing, automatic gas cut-off and flame extinguishing, with online video recording function for the entire combustion test; the computer software is equipped with a video detection interface and can automatically save to the computer
Temperature is regulated using K-type thermocouples and PID temperature controller
Automatic shutter - protects the sample area before testing to ensure stable initial quality measurement
Sample holder - sample size 100mm x 100mm, thickness not exceeding 50mm;
Has expansion function/interfacing capabilities, and can be used in combination with other combustion equipment and heat release measurement systems in the future
The gas analyzer is internally encapsulated with CO2/CO standard gas. The CO2/CO analyzer full-scale calibration can be automatically completed through the computer software, without the need for external standard gas
Measurement system: Equipped with the original ABB brand paramagnetic oxygen analyzer imported from Germany
